2010

Rebranded from HRH Nail Studio to Posh! Nail Spa

A transition from a neighborhood nail salon to a premium, upscale nail spa. This rebranding aimed to attract a more affluent clientele and reflect a higher standard of service and luxury. The new brand identity emphasized elegance and sophistication, aligning with our goal to offer an elevated nail and spa experience. In a time when everyone cares about self-love and grooming, she saw the opportunity and was determined to keep the nail game strong. POSH was going to be a place that not only creates beauty but also brings happiness.

2011

Opening of POSH TTDI

Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) is a well-established suburb in Kuala Lumpur known for its vibrant community and affluent residents. This new location was strategically chosen to cater to a demographic seeking premium spa services in a well-regarded area.

2012

Opening of POSH SS2

SS2 is another busy and popular area in Petaling Jaya, known for its bustling commercial activity and diverse population. This new location aimed to tap into a wider audience, including both local residents and professionals, further establishing POSH’s presence in the metropolitan area.

2014

Launch of CRM system

This was a significant upgrade for POSH to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. We were the first nail salon to have an online system to streamline appointment scheduling, track customer preferences, and manage customer relationships more effectively.

2015

Launch of website

The launch of POSH’s official website was a strategic move to enhance our digital presence. The website provided a platform for clients to learn about our services, view the latest promotions, and make appointments online. It was essential for reaching a broader audience, offering convenience, and staying competitive in the digital age.

2016

First Nail Art Runway in Malaysia, recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records

POSH organized Malaysia’s first Nail Art Runway event, collaborating with local fashion designers and showcasing innovative nail art designs. This one-of-a-kind event not only highlighted POSH’s creativity and leadership in the industry but also garnered media attention and was recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records, enhancing our brand reputation and positioning POSH as a trendsetter.

2018

Launch of body care line – Agape

POSH launched Agape, a body care brand, diversifying our offerings and providing a comprehensive range of personal care selections to our clientele.

2020

Covid Lockdown; Opening of POSH Bukit Tunku; MITI approval for geriatric nail treatments

During the Covid-19 pandemic, POSH faced significant challenges but managed to open a new branch in Bukit Tunku, a prestigious residential area. We also obtained MITI approval to continue providing geriatric nail treatments, addressing the needs of elderly clients and demonstrating our commitment to essential care during the lockdown.

2021

Spearheaded MANI, an alliance of Malaysian nail salons

POSH took a leading role in setting up MANI (Malaysian Alliance of Nail Salon Industry), an initiative aimed at establishing industry-wide hygiene standards and advocating for the reopening of nail salons amid pandemic restrictions. This alliance helped set a benchmark for safe practices and supported the industry’s recovery efforts.

2023

Opening of Serenity by POSH

Serenity by POSH is a new concept focused on relaxation and wellness. This expansion was designed to offer a more holistic experience, combining our expertise in nail care with new wellness services, such as facial and body massage, thereby catering to a broader range of client needs and preferences.
